Booking Fees
Bookings made through the TravelPerks+ call centre may incur a non‑refundable booking fee.
- Flights: Up to AUD $50 per person
Booking fees are non‑refundable if you change or cancel your itinerary, subject to applicable consumer laws.
Amendment Fees (Changes to a Booking)
If changes to your booking can be accommodated, amendment fees may apply.
- Flights, land‑only, and holiday packages: Up to AUD $115 per person, plus any supplier‑imposed fees (Land‑only bookings apply to up to 2 people per room)
If TravelPerks+ is acting as an agent, any additional fees charged by the travel supplier will also apply.
Cancellation Fees
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, cancellation fees may apply in addition to supplier charges.
- Hotel (land‑only) bookings: Up to AUD $55 per person
- Escorted tours: Up to AUD $275 per person
- Holiday packages: Up to AUD $275 per person
- Cruise bookings: Up to AUD $275 per person
Cancellation fees depend on the booking type and timing of cancellation.
If your cancellation is covered by travel insurance, you may be able to claim eligible costs through your insurer.
